There is no one way to suddenly increase the speed of the calculations in an Excel workbook so here are some suggestions that will help to accelerate it.
1. Change the way Excel update calculations. By default, Excel calculates automatically. You can change this to manual calculation so do not update when there is no need. Click the tab “Formulas” and then click the “Calculation Options” button. Select “Manual” from the list of options that appears. This will prevent Excel from cell counting until you click the “Calculate Now” button or press the “F9” key. Now you can change the spreadsheet that is needed without having to wait for Excel to complete the count each time you change.
2. Move your data into a single worksheet. Excel It takes longer to calculate if it has to pull data from different sheets.
3. Remove the stable function and replace it with a non-volatile if possible. Volatile functions are those who will always be recalculated whenever any part of the worksheet changes.
